The owner, Damon Castillo, has over 34 years experience and is a 2nd generation independent agent. He has experience as an agent or sales manager of agents for companies such as JC Penney Casualty Insurance Company and Metropolitan Property and Casualty Insurance Company, and was recognized for sales excellence winning numerous awards with both.

His personal philosophy of success includes the "Golden Rule of Sales"- to treat each client and prospect with the same respect and dignity, as he would want to be treated. 

When asked about his mission statement he replied: "I love what I do. I am a problem solver and solution provider. I never forget that my client and their family are counting on me to do a good job. My clients have access to my help 7 days a week. I accept and return urgent calls on weekends, holidays and on vacation. I work for my clients and not the insurance company, so I will look for the option that best fits their needs. I don’t have quotas to meet. I look forward to serving every client long term and I hope that they will consider me as their go-to agent for all things insurance.
